Tebay Parish Council meets normally at 7.30pm on the last Wednesday of the month in the Methodist Hall to the rear of the Methodist Chapel. The public are welcome to attend. The agenda of the next council meeting is posted on the village noticeboards at least a week prior to the meeting. Minutes of previous council meetings are also posted after the Parish Council has signed them as being a true and accurate record.
Items for the agenda of the next Parish Council meeting should be sent to the Parish Clerk, Carole Morland, least 2 weeks before the next meeting date. Unless it is an urgent health and safety issue, an item cannot be discussed at meetings unless it is on the agenda.
